LIMITES FUNDAMENTAIS AOS PODERES DE INVESTIGAÇÃO PARLAMENTAR

Resumo

O presente artigo trata da investigação parlamentar de inquérito, importante instrumento das minorias parlamentares que permite o desempenho de funções fiscalizatórias pelo Poder Legislativo. O objetivo do ensaio é demonstrar os limites ao exercício do poder investigativo em âmbito parlamentar e, portanto, tratar das balizas constitucionais que regem referida atividade.

ABSTRACT

This essay deal with the congressional powers of investigation, an important instrument of parliamentary minorities that allows the performance of oversight functions by the legislative power. The purpose of the essay is to demonstrate the limits to the exercise of investigative power in parliamentary framework and thus deal about the constitutional landmarks governing such activity.
