Resumo

O artigo pretende trasladar à discussão penal sobre o dolo a questão das diferenças filosóficas entre os conceitos de desejo e intenção, demonstrando como a segunda é uma expressão da ação que não tem relação com o elemento interno, mas sim com a expressão comunicativa.

ABSTRACT

The article intends to move to the discussion about the criminal intent the philosophical differences between the concepts of desire and intention, to demonstrating how the second is an expression of the action that has nothing to do with the inline element, but rather with the communicative expression.
